Aaliyah Daniel Haughton exploded to stardom in 1994 with her debut album Age Ain't Nothing But A Numer. The singer was only 15 at the time and the album was later renamed Gold. R. Kelly was a major influence on this collaboration which brought her into the limelight. In 1996 Jermaine and Timbaland came out with Aaliyah's sophomore album One In A Million.
